FMF has many years of experience in determining the causes of defects in several thousand houses throughout the UK.

If you need a structural survey or report for your private or commercial property, we offer in-depth knowledge to identify the following areas of concern:

FMF provides two types of report:

1) Problem specific:

This is a written report focused on a particular defect and would exclude inspection of other parts of the building not related to the problem. This would detail the cause of the defect and the most appropriate form of remedial works.

2) General:

As for the specific report but would also cover the structural integrity of all readily accessible areas. This is a more comprehensive report on the property. Subsequently we can organize contract works to remedy the defects.
Please note, a Structural Engineering report should not be confused with a Chartered Surveyors “structural” building survey.
